Quarterly Update: Enhanced Flexibility and Better Performance

Product Updates Q1 2022.

At Raken, we continuously evolve to better meet the needs of our customers. Last quarter we made several updates to our app that allow for a faster, smoother user experience.

What’s New?

1. Get better report performance.

The Reports tab on your Company Dashboard now loads faster, so you can access up-to-date data with less downtime.

2. View production insights regardless of budget.

You no longer need to set a budget to view production insights, giving you more flexibility in your process. We’ve also removed the requirement to create cost costs within a project before uploading budget CSVs.

3. Find what you need faster.

We’ve rolled out new, streamlined designs for our mobile Dashboard and Company Billing pages. Users can now quickly locate the information they need most and catch important insights at a glance.

4. Power up your Procore integration.

Procore and Raken daily report intergration.

We’ve enhanced our integration with Procore, allowing users to control how data is synced between systems.

5. Integrate with Sage 100 Contractor

Sage100 and Raken daily report integration.

Our new accounting integration ensures hours logged by the field are sent to Sage 100 seamlessly.

1. Add custom pay types.

Starting this month, we’re rolling out the ability to add unlimited custom pay types to customers who take advantage of our time tracking features. Whatever name or abbreviation you use to create custom pay types will be added to your payroll outputs exactly as you entered it.

2. Get granular with time tracking.

In addition to custom pay types, we’re introducing new time tracking features to:

  • Track multiple breaks

  • Track time by shift

  • Attribute individual time entries to non-default classifications

  • Track time with or without cost codes on the same time card

These updates allow for the most detailed, accurate time tracking yet.

3. Send in-app messages.

We’re working on a brand new feature: in-app messaging. Keep communications related to daily reporting on the same channel to cut down on noise and improve organization.

4. Upgrade your company directory.

The way you handle personnel within Raken is about to be simplified. We’re making it much easier to add and manage team members.
